2. Tour Contents and Pricing
All tours and services correspond to the descriptions on our website. Prices are shown in euros (€) and are final prices.
Dubrovnik Quest operates as a lump-sum tax business (paušalni obrt) and is not registered for VAT; therefore, no VAT is added to the prices.
The price you see is the total price you pay, with no additional VAT or taxes applied.
Tours include the features described on our website unless otherwise noted. Any special requests or additional services not included in the standard tour must be agreed upon separately and may incur extra charges.
We reserve the right to modify tour content in case of extraordinary circumstances, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made directly via email, phone, or our website, or through third-party platforms such as TripAdvisor.
For direct bookings made with Dubrovnik Quest, payment is accepted in person at the start of the tour, either by cash or credit/debit card. Card payments are processed using a secure, PCI DSS-compliant SoftPOS system on a mobile device. Payment must be completed before the tour begins.
For bookings made through third-party platforms like TripAdvisor, payment is handled according to their terms and conditions, which often require prepayment or payment at the time of booking.
Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a confirmation email or voucher, which should be presented to your guide on the day of the tour.
3.1 Referral Codes and Discounts
If you arrive at our website with a valid referral code (for example, via a special link or QR code), you may be eligible for a discount on your tour price. Referral codes are issued by third parties and linked to special promotions. Dubrovnik Quest reserves the right to verify and apply discounts based on the referral code detected during your booking process.
Referral codes are stored temporarily to apply discounts and are not used for tracking or profiling visitors. Referral codes do not collect or share personal data beyond what is necessary to apply the discount.

4. Cancellation and Changes
Dubrovnik Quest reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances (weather, health restrictions, etc.). If this occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or alternative booking.
Client Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour start time will receive a full refund.
No refunds are provided for cancellations within 24 hours of the tour start time.
Failure to show up for the tour without prior notice results in forfeiture of payment.
Late Arrivals and Missed Tours:
If you anticipate being late, you must notify Dubrovnik Quest as soon as possible. While efforts will be made to accommodate late arrivals, Dubrovnik Quest reserves the right to shorten the tour duration accordingly.
Significantly late arrivals or failure to notify Dubrovnik Quest may result in a shortened or forfeited tour experience, with no entitlement to refund or rescheduling.
Failure to attend the tour without prior notice will be considered a no-show and result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
5. Liability and Responsibility
Participation in our tours is at your own risk. Dubrovnik Quest is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property. You are responsible for your health and fitness to participate and must follow all instructions given by your guide.
6. Responsibilities of Dubrovnik Quest
We commit to delivering high-quality tours as described, conducted by knowledgeable and professional guides.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or third-party providers.
7. Responsibilities of the Client
Clients are expected to comply with instructions from guides and respect public and private property during tours.
Clients should carry valid identification documents during the tour.
Dubrovnik Quest is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
